There's an elevator, but the rooms are very small, especially the bathroom, so I only suggest this hotel as a stopover if you have to catch an early train the next day.

Moldy shower curtain and bathroom ceiling, NO warm water during shower, STAINED bedsheets and cover, stains on wooden bed, overall the property was not maintained well.

Old windows that cannot be closed properly and can hear everything from the noisy and dodgy neighbourhood, hot water had to run it for a while until it's fine.
