That voucher is literally just to get: one hot drink (tea or coffee), one glass of juice and one glass of water + for the food you will get either one croissant or one toast with butter and jam.

Paying €100 a night (without breakfast) for a place with a tiny bathroom, a broken toilet seat, no soap dispenser, a tattered shower door, no shutters on the window, no reception, and a lackluster cleanliness seems out of this world to me!

The problem is the rooms, which are dirty and small, and our room had a curtain that faced the wall to cover the ugly wall behind it.

There was no concierge for most of the day, the WiFi didn't work, nor did the TV, the triple room was just a double bed and a super uncomfortable cot, the area was more or less the best thing was being near Termini station for transport connections

There were people trying to sell drugs in front door and some are trying to block your way and disturb you i would never come back this place i do not even mention rooms because the main problem is security when i told reception they told me that they re sorry but can not do anything.
