Problems guests raised

Raised most: the lift, in 56 of 300 reviews.

The lift56 of 3001 in 5 reviews

There is no elevator in the hotel, so it's really difficult to carry heavy luggage upstairs.

Booking network, August 2026, rated 9/10 by this guest

Also, there were no elevators and we were on the 4th floor.

Booking network, January 2026, rated 6/10 by this guest
Problems in the bathroom20 of 3001 in 15 reviews

The room is nice and comfortable, but the bathroom needs water pressure; it's very weak.

Google, January 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

would be better to have a separate bathroom.

Booking network, January 2026, rated 7/10 by this guest
Something broken in the roomcomplaints falling: 10.2 in 100 a year ago, 0.8 now19 of 3001 in 16 reviews

Room surfaces were clean, linens were dirty and stained, furniture was assembled wrong so side table kept falling down, ac was acceptable, check in and room access code was convenient and simple, bathroom was clean with nice shower/tub.

Booking network, August 2025, rated 8/10 by this guest

The AC leaked water on the floor, and the bathroom didn’t have any hand soap—nor did the desk in the lobby.

Booking network, September 2025, rated 4/10 by this guest
Hard for less mobile guests18 of 3001 in 17 reviews

No elevator, you may need to carry luggage up to 4 floors, stairways are steep and narrow.

Booking network, July 2026, rated 9/10 by this guest

There is no elevator, if you happen to have a room on the 5th floor be ready to climb, to my estimate, 50 degree incline and 4 flights of stairs.

Google, February 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest
A booking not honouredcomplaints rising: 1.7 in 100 a year ago, 9.8 now15 of 3001 in 20 reviews

Heating and air conditioning13 of 3001 in 23 reviews

Fly flight steps with your suitcase and the AC isn’t very good.

Google, October 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

It was a great spot, yet I couldn't get the vent fan to turn off and the room was very cold.
