Breakfast with an unforgettable view.

Tripadvisor, September 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Theres water damage in the bathrooms, a small AC unit is blocking the central park view and makes it look increadibly cheap.

Food184Mostly good

Enjoyed our stay here, Janeth and everyone at the check in desk were so kind, Francisco and the other waiter from Bangladesh (completely spacing his name, sorry!) at the restaurant were so lovely (also, the Branzino, truffle fries , and burger were all delish), and then Naz and Kenny at the front…

Google, June 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Our family had an excellent service, great food, beautiful view, wonderful people and we enjoyed all !) Definitely coming back!)))))

Tripadvisor, August 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

We even had problems with room service orders, which arrived mixed up.

The hotel is lovely, great location, but the front staff is rude.

Breakfast2518Split

The breakfast offer is very limited and definately not worth the 80$.

Booking network, July 2026, rated 8/10 by this guest

Amazing location and great bedrooms with view BUT we had a bad experience with the staff—from the front desk to the manager when we filed complaints, and including breakfast and the luggage service—everything left a lot to be desired.

Google, August 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

It was decent but definitely not worth $75 a person.

Tripadvisor, June 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest
Cleanliness2042Weak spot

We had to move rooms as housekeeping left old food in the original room.

Booking network, August 2026, rated 6/10 by this guest

Very outdated carpets in the rooms, almost non efficient central air conditioning (portable devices were put in the rooms), dirty windows.

Booking network, August 2026, rated 4/10 by this guest

Windows have to be cleaned, you pay for a wonderful view and There are fingerprints all over the windows

Value832Weak spot

It’s a great location, it was too expensive for me for 1 night so I don’t think I would stay again.

Booking network, July 2026, rated 7/10 by this guest

it's a lot of money for what you get

Booking network, June 2026, rated 6/10 by this guest

The rooms were fine and represented excellent value, especially as the location facing Central Park was as good as you'll get.

Tripadvisor, June 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest
Quiet at night739Weak spot

Rooms are dark and grim, elevators take long time, the AC sounds like you have a helicopter taking off in your room, if you have a room closer to the elevators you can hear them all day and night from the room, there is no kettle nor coffee machine.

Google, September 2026, rated 2/5 by this guest

Overall good experience but air conditioning in the room was very loud and making noises during the night.

Tripadvisor, June 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

Everything was bare bones. The air conditioner was so loud it kept walking us.

Booking network, September 2026, rated 3/10 by this guest

Heating and air conditioning58 of 2901 in 5 reviews

Although the air was not working he made us feel at ease and ensured our stay would still be amazing .

Tripadvisor, July 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

But their AC was broken and it was hot in the rooms.

Tripadvisor, August 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest
Something broken in the room43 of 2901 in 7 reviews

Why do some rooms have portable A/C units, and why does plugging in another device cause the room to lose power?

Google, August 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

The AC failed on my first night, they were unable to fix or transfer the room, even though they were notified of the issue when we checked in, even after the first night they still didn’t find a room with working AC and barely offered us a partial refund after lots of arguing, I will never stay…

Google, July 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest
Complaints the hotel left unresolved41 of 2901 in 7 reviews

I called housekeeping twice and finally fell asleep at midnight without them having arrived.

Booking network, August 2026, rated 7/10 by this guest

Also when arrived the person at check inn tried to make up a additional service fees that i had to pay, around 40/50 usd per day.

Booking network, July 2026, rated 6/10 by this guest

This hotel is not any longer 5 stars hotel they keep me two nights in a room with bad AC of 75 °F which I slept naked after long fighting with them they move me to other room when I can’t sleep well after that they move me at midnight when I asked full refund for first two nights the did not do it…

The lift20 of 2901 in 14 reviews

On most days not all of the elevators were working so this could cause a wait.

Booking network, August 2026, rated 9/10 by this guest

Well-located hotel, needs to urgently improve the elevator situation.

Tripadvisor, July 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest
A booking not honoured15 of 2901 in 19 reviews

It's in such a state of disrepair that they forced us to change rooms last night at 9:30 PM in an emergency while our grandson was asleep.

Google, August 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

Unfortunately we had to move rooms 3 times as in one room the shower wasn’t working, lights and fridge weren’t working in one and the other one was filthy with drain flies all over the bathroom and windows that couldn’t even open.

A physical hazard2 of 290 reviews

They had to evacuate us in an emergency from our room where the baby was sleeping because there was a water leak and the ceiling could have collapsed, without the slightest regard for us.

Tripadvisor, August 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

When we finally got into our room, there were shards of broken glass on the rug outside of the bathroom.
