Additionally, the garbage in our room was never picked up during the three nights we stayed, despite not having a do not disturb sign on the door.

We had to take the mattress off and put it on the floor...that was more comfortable than having it on the fold out sofa frame.

And to update this, I have been trying to repeatedly contact the hotel back for updates and to see what they are doing about my stolen property and they are avoiding my calls and trying to ignore the situation.
