The snack area with the self-checkout kiosk felt odd, the coffee machine was often broken and not great, and the made-to-order breakfast was just okay and overpriced.

The room is so cozy, the Air conditioner wasn't working for the 1st night which i had to complain with no air, the fridge leaking, no ice, and the fridge is not that cold , no bottle water in the room, the room has 2 large ropes and also the TV says smart tv which is not.

The rooms are luck of the draw: some seem to have received some updates and are in better condition while others have molding separating from the walls and broken charging ports.

When we talked to the desk staff about this, they were not able to provide an explanation of why this happened but offered us a new room in its place, however they told us that we would not be able to get back into our original room until around 7am when they could have someone come to fix the door…

My girlfriend and I had taken a trip and stayed here to celebrate her graduating law school and while we had a great time and did enjoy the hotel at first, unfortunately, it had taken a twist from us being bitten by bedbugs.
