we are usually upgraded for our room.This room had shipped doors with the veneer coming off a clouded window.So you couldn't see out of it.And just didn't seem as precise and clean as most other of their hotels.I have stayed at usually twenty per year.

Building is old, rooms smell like closed spaces and there's a lot of noise from employees opening and closing doors in the morning (also they were renovating during my stay, what cause much more noise).

Empty soap dispensers and broken shampoo dispenser in room, empty water dispensers in lobby, incredibly loud guests yelling and slamming doors from 2am to 4:30am, and unresponsive management.
