A housekeeping lady was sitting in my room on her phone after I checked in and went into my room; the noise in the bathroom as well as in the room which was really disturbing

Towel rack broke, faucet was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, shower tiles dirty and moldy, half of water from the shower was flowing down the wall, internal connection very weak and unreliable!
