New York style: rooms a bit small :)

Booking network, August 2026, rated 9/10 by this guest

It's only worth it for the location, because the truth is the rooms are extremely small, and even if they say they have a city view, it's not a good one.

Google, February 2026, rated 2/5 by this guest

The room is small, but very functional for one person.

Google, May 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest
Quiet at nightcomplaints rising: 6.3 in 100 a year ago, 9.9 now1424Weak spot

Only one working elevator, front desk unable to print receipts, bathroom in the room has broken shower curtain, load noises all night coming from the ceiling, overall just feels worn down and cheap.

Google, June 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

The location and view are excellent, every major attraction is easily accessible, and even though there's a lot of street noise, it's something you can overlook in Manhattan.

Google, May 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

The noise at night from doors and being next to the storage cupboard made it noisy

Booking network, March 2026, rated 8/10 by this guest
Room condition843Weak spot

However, the rooms are pretty old and the elevator is on nerve.

Google, June 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

However, the rooms and the building are quite old.

Google, March 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

The hotel is about 1.2 miles from Times Square and rooms are a little outdated.

Good location for me, but imagine being in a hotel with no heat in the winter paying near £400 a night and they don’t sort it in the week (we asked again to be told they’d check) and no offer or partial refund.
