Great service, great front desk staff (shout out to Juan), free happy hour for guests, perfect location, a spacious room (which says a lot if you've ever stayed in the city), and an overall lovely experience.

That said, breakfast was just picking up a croissant or fruit from the bar area (I think some of the restaurants were under construction) and there wasn't any room service at the hotel.

Furthermore, despite requesting a room on a higher floor, we never received one; we were told to check back every day, but it never became available.On a positive note, the service was excellent and top-notch.
