Great location, room was clean, free water/soft drinks in the mini fridge, staff were friendly, stored bags for us, overall it's really good value for money and a perfect place to crash after long days exploring new york - highly recommend!

The room was good, the bathroom had just an opaque glass toward the room which was not good, there should also have been a curtain there as youcould actually see the person showering.

My room on 1004 my consent is hot water not working event I ask my friend other room,coffee machine not working and bcause my room is in corner always noise with staff passing from emergency staircase they always open close the door is hard for me to sleep.
