No help with luggage upon arrival (take a trolley to the 6th floor and bring it back yourself if you go downstairs!!!!...), no assistance opening the double exit doors for me as a person with reduced mobility...

My single room was basic but in need of updating; chair had a broken piece with a screw sticking out, the a/c worked but was inconsistent, the hot water never quite got "hot," and street noise was so loud i thought the window was open.
