hallway smelled bad and was hot----reception area tiny----water machine broken and reception refused to give me a bottled water----hallway dirty and cleaning equipment was left out in the hallway 24/7

The reason i give it 4 stars is because in the first room we got, the window was broken and you were unable to open or close it because of the handle wich was missing.

The room entry problem was only one of the things that didn’t work: a stuffed up drain in the sink, a loud popping noise from the AC, a safe that wouldn’t open and required having the engineer come up again.
