Very crowded, very poor breakfast and not space for the people that take breakfast, two small elevators for a lot of people and high floor building, housekeeping personal blocked the elevators all the time

Worst experience ever, imagine from the 5 days stay need to use the emergency stair 4 days to get to my room at the 8th floor bc basically the elevators are terrible slow and in the checkout day end with any elevator working with 4bags getting to the ground flour by stair.

First thing first this hotel just steal money from you by not giving back the damage deposit back try to contact them by phone they hang out the phone call and by email no reply at all this is just the beginning of me making a bad name for this hotel.
