This hotel is so dated, the room wasn't clean, there was no refrigerator and the view was of a filthy balcony that had soiled undergarments strewn across it.

Water leak in the toilet, the shower partially goes to the upper position, very outdated hotel, lobby on the 7th floor, then you have to go down to floor 0 and go up to your room, clearly unhelpful staff

Room 3210 is old, stained, with damaged furniture, a broken electrical outlet, faulty windows, a very noisy front door when closing, no tea or coffee making facilities, and no mini-fridge.

The drawers don't close, the wood work is chipped, the toilet is really low and be careful coming out of the bathroom because you might get locked in because the handle is not secure.

We booked two rooms and what i wasn't happy with was that the ac in 2514 couldn't adjust and it was too cold and the shower head was broken
