Breakfast included was how it was described and sold but that didn’t include ‘fancy coffee’ like latte or cappuccino which was very disappointing.

The lobby was so pretty the restaurant lounge fun and great food and drinks the front desk manager had the room decorated with balloons and art on the mirrors and a special treat it was so nice

Incredible location, right in southern Manhattan, very close to the subway, the restaurant/breakfast is great, the basketball court is fantastic, the kids' play area is great, the room was a little small but clean!!
