My only critiques would be that the prices in the gift shops for basic things like water are insane (go to the Duane Reade 2 blocks away -- a 3 minute walk will save you a ton of money).

If you want to play hamster in circles for 3 minutes to wait for an elevator for 10 minutes that will arrive full and wait another 5 minutes to arrive nicely at breakfast queuing 10 minutes to find yourself in a station hall in soul after spending the night in a room not soundproofed...
