Very disappointing, pictures in the listing didn't say anything about a shared bathroom, our room door made so much noise when you open and closed it, all the street noise in the middle of the night was uncomfortable.

I contacted the front desk for assistance, and while both staff members were courteous, neither could resolve the issue.

They then charge you a "no show" fee of $181 and tell you they never received your cancellation from the booking website you booked through, then proceed to say it's "not our problem, not our fault, that's our policy".
