Carpeting needs to be replaced, it is so dirty.
Google, July 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest
We had no functioning HVAC system, no attempt by the hotel to correct this, a room that was different from what was described online, a bathroom that looked dirty, and a silverfish to greet us on the wall when we arrived.
