This Hotel is overpriced and has the worst customer service ever, especially the lady manager or whom she pretends to be manager Elle, very rude and unprofessional person and does not have the skills to deal with guests I won’t recommend this hotel to any.

If you thinking to spend at night at this equinox hotel I truly advise you not to leave any value items or money in your vehicle bc they would steal it, it happens to me on may 22nd and I put a claim and they just replied saying they’ll not be responsible, is sucks to pay over a thousand dollars…
