views were non existance(8th floor) bed was extremely uncomfortable some sort of pull out couch that was permanently a bed, AC was loud, got awoken by it several times, other guests were very loud, seems locals use it as party hotel, location was good, walking distance to alot of sights and things…

Perfect location, but the room leaves much to be desired: no refrigerator, two curtains missing, bunk bed without top sheets and uncomfortable, rather old room, needs remodeling

Couldn't locate reservation in lobby using the computer...and the security guard they hired wasn't there to help in fact it seemed like he was hired to watch vids on his phone.

The only downside was that the AC unit was incredibly loud and kept turning on and off throughout the night and they charged $3 (cash only) to hold bags.

It was never getting cleaned even if we ask for it many times...no microwave, no laundry machines, the whole bathroom area would not close properly and the shower was transparent, making it uncomfortable for some guests

The door to the shower and toilet area was extremely stiff — almost as if it needed regular use just to operate — and the shower floor covering was peeling away, leaving sharp, exposed edges that posed a real risk of cutting feet.
