There was a suggestive bunny in the corner of the room with a collar on, and leather belts on the bed with a semen stain on it.

Room condition95Mostly good

Clean and fairly new hotel.

Google, May 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

Very clean, nice staff, modern design but very minimalistic room (no TV, no closet, no safe, nice bathroom) so you need to take that into account

The rooms are a little run down, with some lights non functional in my room but fine for sleeping in.

Problems guests raised

Raised most: heating and air conditioning, in 34 of 297 reviews.

Heating and air conditioning34 of 2971 in 9 reviews

very little room, no place for clothes, no fridgi, very badly working AC, non responsive management.

Booking network, July 2026, rated 1/10 by this guest

The air conditioning unit could not be adjusted under 16 degrees so the room was so hot and the fan supplied wasn’t much help

Booking network, July 2026, rated 5/10 by this guest
Unexpected charges and refunds32 of 2971 in 9 reviews

Ridiculously high charge to store luggage (15 pounds!) Expensive rooftop bar overcharged us for our drinks (not the price from the menu) and automatically added a very expensive service charge.

Booking network, June 2026, rated 6/10 by this guest

What’s crazy is that they ask £15 PER ITEM if you’d like to leave your luggage at the hotel for a couple hours.

Google, July 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest
Complaints the hotel left unresolved21 of 2971 in 14 reviews

No aircon when I raised it I was told the whole floor had issues the only other option was a windowless room under a private roof party.

Google, July 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

Do not book a room here if you don't want to sleep on the street.

Google, June 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest
Something broken in the room18 of 2971 in 16 reviews

The electrical wiring in the room was frankly nonsensical with some switches doing nothing at all, and some lights requiring multiple switches to turn on?

Google, September 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

Almost everything else, the room was like an oven, the air-conditioning didn't work and there was nobody on reception to complain to.

Booking network, June 2026, rated 3/10 by this guest
Problems in the bathroom17 of 2971 in 17 reviews

The water pressure was terrible and we couldn’t take showers in the morning.

Booking network, September 2026, rated 3/10 by this guest

Don’t take room 403, my family stayed there and couldn’t sleep well because of the terrible odors from the drain in the bathroom.

Google, May 2026, rated 2/5 by this guest
A booking not honoured16 of 2971 in 19 reviews

They had one room left and offered for us to move.

Booking network, July 2026, rated 4/10 by this guest

To cancel 3 rooms 8pm Saturday night 10 min before check in, not one not two but all 3..No management was on site to offer accommodation...
