The staff were amazing from check-in to checkout, the AC worked perfectly (a true luxury these days), the beds were super comfortable, and the entertainment system was excellent — easy to stream whatever you want.

Was in london for one night and thought would try the W , did book around 1.30 on the day and room wasn’t ready till 5.30, the staff were amazing and could apologise enough., and kept me well informed .
