Rooms unclean got shown 4 rooms before we took the last one wasnt spotless but cleaner than the other 3 had no choice to take the room because of the ovo.

It was very cold as soon as I entered the room they told me that they just turned on the heat and it will warm up in 10-15 minutes I waited 2 hours and I fell asleep but honestly I was freezing all night plus Dirty in the room, 0 rating, dirty toilet.

The most disgusting thing was the bed bugs in the room and bed, I stayed here for two nights and got at least 21 extremely painful bites from bed bugs, each one causing redness the size of half a palm.
