Staff were not cooperative to give alternative in case of unsatisfied with the given room as well as the price was high compared to the quality of the hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights .Excellent location but rooms very small ,No were to hang clothes or coats just a tiny rail with some coat hangers.

As is a "nothing we can do about it" attitude - despite raising to the management team, when I asked again when the wheelchair lift would be fixed or an alternative provided the answer was a shrug and that there was no timeline for either.
