The staff didn't even respond to greetings, and there were too few staff in the breakfast room; you had to figure out how to get a table yourself, which was then piled high with dirty dishes.

No toiletries other than shampoo, no phone to ring reception, no iron so when you need one, you have to go to reception because there is no phone and carry up a huge ironing board and iron, I asked for one to be delivered and nothing to had to walk to reception at 10pm.

The check in was meant to be for 3pm.We dropped our bags beforehand and went out for the day then came back for 3pm and no rooms were available so we had to wait 40 minutes all the while families/couples checking in got rooms, noone ever came over to say our room was ready so I had to get up again…
