Disappointed in the breakfast and the team no one spoke to us when serving food and I was waiting in the coffee line for over 20 minutes as there is only one machine for coffee.

I think the food would be kept hotter if there was a plastic cover available, as if you want toast you have to sort that after you have got your cooked breakfast.

Pungent room, uncomfortable bed, had to keep the curtains closed as anyone from the building next door could see right in.

Beds are narrow and not very comfortable, there is no drinking water in the room, and windows cannot be opened fully, so it was a bit stuffy.

My room was behind a commercial building and at 5:30am there were multiple trucks unloading stuff and that was very very noisy even with the windows closed.

Excellent location, abundant breakfast, and good value for money, but the room soundproofing is average, the facilities are a bit old, and it can be uncomfortable in hot weather without air conditioning.

We booked a twin room but didn't realise it had an accessible shower which we didn't like as water was all over the bathroom floor when you had a shower.
