Dirty room, like literally, hair on the bed sheet, a bug two nights in a row, glasses were dirty and smelly and you could hear your neighbors when walking in the hallway, I regretted every single minute of my staying there.

The only hearing was the airconditioning , I had asked if the room had a strong hair dryer but when I arrived there was a hotel kind not strong and attached to the drawer ..

Some rooms are quite small, also noise from the room above when people are dragging chairs across the floor or walking around.

Room 453 should not be sold as a double room - it is too small - we asked to be moved twice but nothing was sorted - see photos outlining space between door and the bed

Further , I requested them many times before one week of arrival to change my dates initially I've booked from 2 to 6 sep but due to some urgent matter i have to be back by 5 so i requested them three times and they denied it , usually hotels do listen and amend.

To make matters worse, our room was on the ground floor with no sunlight, and the door to the small balcony was broken, posing a security risk as it could allow anyone to enter.
