Also I believe my room is for handicapped guests, so during the whole stay, I feel more like staying in a health care center with disabled toilets and a room with no view at all (looking at the floor of the building).

Disappointing compared to other Pullman Hotels I've been in; bar closed very early, in-room facilities a bit mediocre (no biscuits, no minibar, no room service), rooms in need of modernisation, not really worth the rate to be honest.
