Location1781Strength

This is a nice hotel in a very good location, next to V&A and close to High Street Kensington.

Highly recommend for staff, breakfast & location!

Tripadvisor, June 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Location to far away from Center of London, rooms very outdated, dirty, overpriced and isn’t a 4 stars hotel so anyone that is planning to book this place honestly avoid to book here and better to go to premier inn

The reception area is like a train station waiting room, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired (dirty carpet), the bathroom is tiny, the elevator is too small, and the service is lacking.

Excellent reception staff , breakfast was delightful, excellent poached eggs !

Booking network, September 2026, rated 9/10 by this guest

The breakfast is a buffet with very few choices and if you need something, get ready to wait 15-20 minutes (or more) and repeat every 10 minutes your order because people forget it.

The lift19 of 2931 in 15 reviews

The main reasons: totally handicapped-unfrendly, no free access to the hotel for wheelchair users, narrow corridors, only one, but small functionig lift, 'an upgade for VIP customer' just above the air-con machinery.

Hotel a bit tired, trek to lift to get to our room, lift very crackly and slow, room was absolutely roasting when we got there
