On the day of our departure, the Uber cancelled on us at the last minute (which I understand is not the hotel's fault), but when we informed them of our problem, they were very unhelpful and said they only worked with Uber, not other taxi lines.

You could hear some noise in the hallways but it wasn't horrible except for the first night when the fire alarm went off and the staff didn't seem to know why,

I did ask for extra towels at reception but these never arrived but all in all a really good stay.
