Not as shown or booked5 of 2691 in 54 reviews

The hotel was listed as wheelchair accessible but our room had a very small bathroom with a step up into the shower, no grab rails & the toilet was round a double 90’ turn which my wheelchair wouldn't fit.

The photos of the hotel and the price suggest a classic English country hotel experience but that is not what is inside.

The lock on the room did not work and my colleague got stuck twice, the receptionist was not helpful and would not move him to a different room, this would be a real fire hazard.
