Our room had multiple issues (unable to turn off heater in bathroom, broken glasstop on desk, broken door in cabinet, plus it was VERY dark with only one tall, skinny window looking out onto walls of brick.

We arrived as 1 adult and 4 children, and due to a travel agency booking mistake, we were made to wait at reception until we paid an extra £15 per night for my 3-year-old’s breakfast.
