The room had a lot of noise hard to get use to at the beginning of our stay the hotel was very sympathetic to our plight and offered good resources to try to resolve which was a great approach and very understanding

The staffs were very friendly, but when I raised concerns regarding the room and the striking contrast to the pictures on their website, they were not able to accomodate, and therefore I gave 1 star for service.
