We had daily housekeeping issues from fake lashes left on the bathroom counter after housekeeping (not ours) , to food trash being left in our room after we informed them, to glasses not being replaced.

we and another couple handed over our credit card on arrival, and after we left and they took out the cost of our stay, they have hung onto $2000 without any explanation and have now stopped responding to emails.
