LOUD Sports bar attached to hotel playing thumping music late into the night, complete with DJ, giant screen, and loud speakers.

The bath tub plug didn’t work, called reception to ask for help but they took a look and didn’t do anything about It.

Air conditioner was not was working properly and we called several times for assistance, front desk people were very nice and helpful, unfortunately help never arrived to the room to address the problem.
