Room condition95Mostly good

It is a gorgeous, new property and very well maintained.

Tripadvisor, March 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

The room is as promised with a Kitchenette, a tiny view of Times Square, partial view of Hudson river at far.

Google, September 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

The biggest issue was the sofa bed—the spring mattress was in terrible shape and very uncomfortable.

Google, April 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

Quiet at night1645Weak spot

The reason why I gave three stars is because the waiting time at the lift was very big and the ac in the room was extremely loud.

Tripadvisor, April 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

The AC was extremely noisy.

Booking network, August 2026, rated 4/10 by this guest

If you looking for a tiny room with a small bed, decorated in mucky dark gray-green, constant daytime noise from drills and jackhammers due to the construction of a new lobby, twenty-five minute wait for morning elevators, and a low roar of HVAC, then this is the place for you.

Tripadvisor, April 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

Too few mentions to judge: food.
