The staff was very polite and friendly, but honestly the lobby was very crowded and messy - the room was clean and neat and the bed was really comfortable but the room wasn't quiet at all and I kept hearing a loud noise every few minutes coming from the wall.

The experience was good, the room was in excellent condition and the location is very good, you can easily get anywhere, either on foot or by metro, additionally there was a collaborator named Wilson Acevedo who was very attentive to us at the stadium, very kind.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, the room is small but very clean, the breakfast is delicious, it's just very busy but there are always tables available, the elevator is very slow, but I would definitely return to this hotel.

I would like to make a complaint in one of the rooms since we came the first day the air conditioning did not work and tomorrow is the last day of reservation and the heat is not supported I would like a refund or a discount on my reservation because I see unfair that it was claimed in 3 ovations…

Extreme small rooms for the price even smaller washrooms, son got bitten by bed begs have rashes all over the body, while location was fine but we didn’t realize that we have to pay for everything even water.
