Location is great- rooms are small, but you’re experiencing NY:) so it didn’t bother us - my only complaint is carpet flooring 🫣 it wasn’t the cleanest.

So far in my stay at the very expensive hotel, there is a broken cooler and no refrigerator and the TV does not work and the reception seems like my calling them to fix this is annoying for them.

Front desk couldn’t assist, no answer from housekeeping, manager didn’t seem to want to come for a chat and when he did he tried to bluff that it’s common for stay overs to not be serviced until 5.30pm.
