Our 1 bedroom $900/night suite was spacious but did not have a full length mirror, no small amenities like hand lotion, no ceramic coffee mugs, no good coffee.

Cleanliness4037Split

Our room was not cleaned well and the beds literally rolled away and we couldn’t figure out the brakes- if there were any.

Google, May 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

I was stuck with broken mirror, stained curtains and TV that appeared to be pulled out the studs/drywall by previous guests.

Google, October 2026, rated 2/5 by this guest

Super nice hotel maybe the couch could use a deep cleaning but overall everything was beautiful!

Food811Split

Good hotel rooms with good location

Booking network, March 2026, rated 5/10 by this guest

The lasagna was $18 and tasted exactly like the Stouffer’s brand lasagna but was about half of the individual portion you would buy in the supermarket.

Google, September 2026, rated 2/5 by this guest

Even 3* hotels across the world provide these basics.4) Just 2 small bottles of water for the entire day 5) I ordered in room dining thru the mobile scan code they provided...the food came in cheap thermocol boxes and no cutlery was provided.

Google, July 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

Value419Weak spot

Overrated hotel, extremely old furniture, over / over priced (1012$/night) - that’s not proportionate.

Booking network, December 2025, rated 7/10 by this guest

The hidden $35 charge a day is ridiculous and sneaky tactics are employed to squeeze as much money out of you as possible.

Google, June 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

Extremely overpriced, lacking basic kindness and hospitality, and the hotel conditions do not justify the prices they charge at all.

Google, May 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

Unexpected charges and refunds38 of 2751 in 7 reviews

Upon receipt of checking out I noticed they charged my card 4 times for that $38 credit.

Google, August 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

There is a $38 mandatory daily charge to spend in the hotel which was tricky as my daughter is a coeliac and there was minimal provision for this allergy.

Tripadvisor, September 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Something broken in the room24 of 2751 in 11 reviews

It didn't even work for all but one day.

Booking network, January 2026, rated 4/10 by this guest

Clean but not well maintained: curtains ends torn off the rail such that they do not completely close, shelf lighting and A/C cover on the ceiling fixed with duct tape.

Google, May 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest
A slow check-in16 of 2751 in 17 reviews

The next day we walked by a crazy long line for check in.

Google, April 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

Also requested early check in and the front desk kept putting it off and saying they’re waiting for housekeeping even though they didn’t bother to check with them to see if it was ready we had to wait multiple hours .

Google, October 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

It was also a bit pricey for certain things like room service.

Booking network, December 2025, rated 8/10 by this guest

And it’s not difficult to use it because everything is stupidly expensive - I bought a cookie and a yogurt parfait for $20!

Tripadvisor, May 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest
A booking not honoured9 of 2751 in 31 reviews

The room you order online (from their site) isn’t what you get and last trip we had HUGE roaches coming out of the closet.

Google, April 2026, rated 2/5 by this guest

Oh no, this location overbooked and didn’t notify us until we arrived (in person) to check in at 11:55 pm the night of our reservation.

The room , which I almost died in, has a shower that if you don’t hold on to a “rail”, you’ll fall and crack you’re head open from SLIPPING…and I WAS IN A HANDICAPPED room, which I had to pay ($10) extra for.
