Very kind staff, very clean, rooms, hallways, etc etc etc every time I needed something they took very good care of me the 2 bad things was the location and the rooms were way 2 small but overall I would recommend this hotel to any 1.

I'm from Virginia when I come to New York I only want to stay at the Opera House the staff is excellent always accommodating the location kinda suck but I still rather be here even the surrounding guest are polite thanks for being so helpful and I will highly recommend you

We had to repeatedly ask the reception to clean the room, there were 4 of us, we always got 2 towels.

Like the area and close to train but i didn't move around very late in that area.

On top of that, the area is far from lower and mid-Manhattan, so we ended up spending almost two hours a day on the metro.

Apart from the frankly average breakfast (only poor quality pastries, bread, artificial yogurt, dishes and plastic cutlery) this hotel is a former venue renovated and tastefully decorated, with a well-equipped fitness room and free hot drinks at all times.

The availability of parking I had to stay up so that I could put money on meter since I had to park in street, was traveling with twins 3 and a new born carrying stuff crossing the street while holding on to kidos a bit challenging.

I wouldn't suggest this hotel too anyone whatever price you see add 75$ for holding the room and 22$ for maintenance, ohhh the kicker they keep the $75 and tell you 3 to 5 business too return it LIE my bank never recived a reverse transaction.
