Staff6473Split

It's a hotel with an excellent location, but the staff isn't very attentive.

Google, September 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

Old hotel and discourteous staff, small and dirty rooms; you are the one who has to ask for them to be cleaned, just as you are the one who has to ask for towels because it happens that they forget.

Tripadvisor, August 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

Staff barely smiles or acknowledges, non existence service e.g even for water, need to get coupons, two limited menu restaurants always over crowded.

Google, October 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest
