The elevators got stuck 5 times, constant beeping in the hall, staff was very rude especially the manager and the tv didn’t work after being told multiple times it was fixed

worse hotel l had ever been my entire life it’s outdated need major renovation from bathrooms to all rooms NO air condition unit works, spider on our bed and in the bathroom 2 more, the manager was careless, this was done through Super.com by cheating us as it’s 4 star hotel in fact it’s 1 star…

Our room got knocked on several times (830am, 9am then at 11am) we told the cleaner we had paid for the extra hours for the room but they said they knew nothing about it.

there was a used hairtie on the floor of the bathroom, and the highlight of our first room at the gallivant “hotel” was the mirror that fell off the wall resulting in us being moved to a new room.
