Right now, the only downside is that their main elevators are under renovation, making it annoying and time-consuming to go up and down.

The elevators are under repair so wait times could be a bit lengthy, but the friendly staff and accommodating staff allowed guests to use the service elevators.

Wake up first day, we smell a strong urine smell in the bathroom in the bedroom and told the front desk, they have our room clean but didn’t resolve the issue, we end up has to use the other bathroom.

The room we stayed in was good overall, unfortunately in our room the AC's heater wasn't working and some days it was freezing cold inside the room.
