Room service exceeded all expectations!

Google, June 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

Very tired, the lobby is awful, no executive lounge, the rooms are very tired and there is no way to make coffee in your room and a crappy coffee from the restaurant downstairs is $6 for a small coffee.

Staffcomplaints rising: 5.2 in 100 a year ago, 13.7 now13734Mostly good

The elevator system is mildly confusing, but the associates will definitely help you get around if you don't know where to go.

Over all excellent for what I needed and friendly staff, clean rooms easy access.

Breakfast36Weak spot

Breakfast could only be taken in your room and was a bit hit and miss (more miss for me).

Google, August 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

If you are at the Bonvoy elite level that would qualify you for breakfast, you may be disappointed You will have an option of a roll, a small cereal box like you had as a snack when you were a kid, a drink options and not much else You can buy eggs, pancakes, avocado toast for $14.

Very old hotel, noisy rooms, and an outdated, rusty gym with just a few pieces of equipment and no machines.

Google, December 2025, rated 1/5 by this guest

Room was nice—but street noise even in 48th floor room was terrible.

Google, September 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

The cops spamming their sirens like a bored parrot with a bell in it's cage until 3AM every night can go to hell though.

The room looks a little outdated and I will say it’s more of a 3 1/2 star hotel.

Not yet renovated so a bit tired overall, but lovely staff and a good experience.
