I appreciate a firm mattress, but mattress in the room felt like a 4 x 8 with a towel over it for padding.

We arrived very early in the morning and besides luggage storage till the check-in time they encouraged us to grab their complementary breakfast (excellent!) at the dining room!

I understand that rooms can vary, but the site photos were so drastically different that I asked reception to confirm I had the right room (first time I have ever done that with any hotel).
