Everything was perfect: the beds were incredibly comfortable, the sink and toilet were separated so two people could use them at the same time, and the water refill station was excellent, always fresh, both still and sparkling.

It was an executive room with higher rate but the fridge didn't work, there was only one tiny window and there was a loud mechanical sound all day and night and the ac made a sound like a leaking faucet.

It looked like a crime scene; the entire floor was under renovation, they did not warn us about it, they did not want to give us a second card to access the room, the coffee maker was broken, the cleanliness was terrible, and the service was very average or even below average.
