Central London, close to St James's Park, Horse Guards, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and Parliament House; not to mention the chic shops to explore.

Booking network, January 2026, rated 9/10 by this guest

The hotel is beautiful and the location, but the service is horrible; when checking in, I was asked to leave an open voucher and they charged me 12,000 pesos; since September 2025 I have sent emails and they do not give me an answer nor do they refund my money.

As an Accor Platinum member, I was “upgraded” to a room that had a terrible view—basically a wall.
