Welcomed on arrival, 2 lifts working, we had got one of the super rooms, easy to find room, Very clean, everything we needed after our walks around London, we had meals out and did actually like Wetherspoons for a breakfast to start our day, apart from one time we ordered a delicious pizza from the…

Breakfast466Strength

Breakfast was also good and had enough variety.

Tripadvisor, September 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

It's got good enough beds, showers are nice, breakfast was pretty good, but all staff were really friendly and helped, especially Roman on reception and Gabby in the breakfast area.

Google, February 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

The staff are so intent on giving you a trip advisor card and asking for it to be filled that they forget about filling the breakfast trays with hot food and making sure everything is topped up.

Google, April 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest
Cleanliness6616Mostly good

Good location rooms adaquate and clean good value for money

Tripadvisor, September 2026, rated 5/5 by this guest

The rooms are clean and the breakfast was good.

Tripadvisor, August 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

Free Wi-Fi for 30 minutes every 24 hours, they don't clean the rooms (they don't make the beds or clean the bathrooms, they just bring clean towels).

Google, July 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

Room size716Weak spot

The rooms are a bit small, there's no hairdryer, and small hand towels would be great.

Google, April 2026, rated 4/5 by this guest

Room was small and basic but clean.

Google, December 2025, rated 3/5 by this guest

The room was very small compared to say premier inn and the bathroom didn’t have a lock but relied on the person sat on the toilet keeping their leg against the door.

Google, September 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest
Room condition210Weak spot

The rooms are in a major need of a refurb.

Google, June 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

Pathetic, shabby, and cheap; for the price, they should offer something better.

Google, September 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

Hotel was spotlessly clean, room was fine, bed very comfy and it all looked recently refurbished.

Tripadvisor, October 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest
Quiet at night946Weak spot

6am, business as normal as the noisiest commuter trains I've ever heard started at 2-3 minute intervals.

Google, July 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

It's LOUD with road and train noise even if it is 5 mins from the Underground stops.

Google, June 2026, rated 2/5 by this guest

Cons: right next to a train line so all day you hear the screeching of brakes, from 5.30 until later into the night.

Google, July 2026, rated 3/5 by this guest

Problems in the bathroom10 of 2201 in 22 reviews

The shower head was broken, so no adequate water pressure.

Google, June 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

The ‘supreme room’ consists of two small kitkats, bad water pressure, a bathroom that has warped flooring so water pools and floods.

Google, August 2026, rated 2/5 by this guest
Wi-Fi10 of 2201 in 22 reviews

I booked five nights, and when I arrived at noon to drop off my luggage, the first thing the receptionist said was: "Pay ten pounds and you can check into your room early..." Also, the room's internet was only available for 30 minutes per day; after that, you had to pay extra.

Google, November 2025, rated 1/5 by this guest
Something broken in the room8 of 2201 in 28 reviews

With USB chargers broken next to the bed this made it challenging to charge phones and watches at the same time.

Google, August 2026, rated 2/5 by this guest

Also our tv didn't work but as we only slept here for a few hours I didn't bother to raise it.

Google, October 2025, rated 4/5 by this guest
Complaints the hotel left unresolved7 of 2201 in 31 reviews

I know you can ask, we did but bin not emptied or clean cups when asked.

Google, October 2025, rated 4/5 by this guest

The team simply dissmissed the complaint by stating there are no other rooms available.
