Once there you go to the ninth floor, where admittedly the view is great, but sadly the food is mediocre at best ( I saw lots of food left on plates, and the cheese omelette I ordered seem to have been cooked in a microwave to a furnace-like temperature).

Also the breakfast in your sister hotel was amazing with the view, this was also recommended for the evening for drinks and again the amazing views.

Everything was great and always stay here every summer for a few days in central London but this time we were given a room with no windows and just a sky light window that brought in too much light in the morning.

There was a bit of noise from the club so we couldnt sleep well and the ac was keep breaking out turns out the heat all of sudden i had to wake several of times at night just to adjust the temperature

We were only told about this when we and others were standing on an outdoor staircase, in the dark, very poorly lit, on the 4th floor below.

Also we had a severe flood in our bathroom on the first morning - we were woken up before 7am with water pouring into the bathroom from the light fitting which soaked the room carpet and our items in the bathroom (and all towels were soaked).
